All-Cash Sales Driving Down Prices
January 31, 2012 > 2 CommentsNearly one-third of home sales are to cash buyers, who often command a significant discount off list price. In turn, the seller gets a quicker closing. As home sales increase and inventory shrinks, we’re continuing to experience a decline in median home prices in many cities.
One reason for that, according to the new Campbell/Inside Mortgage Finance HousingPulse Tracking Survey, is the influence of investors who are paying cash for homes. Those cash sales are driving down prices.

Thanks for all your hard work Carolyn! You are very much appreciated

Featured Windermere Listing in Monterey Park
January 19, 2012 Comments OffWindermere agent May Chu has just listed a prime location 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in the city of Monterey Park. This multi-level end unit is listed at $339,800, has great curb appeal and is well maintained. It is the first time on the market and listed by the original owner.
The home is in turnkey condition and includes brand new granite counter tops, kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, interior painting and wood floors. The open floor plan allows for bright and airy spaces and includes an attached 2 car garage. Great for commuters being that it is close to the 10, 60 and 710 freeways. It is also close to downtown LA and part of the Alhambra School District. Very convenient. Ready to move-in. This is a must see!
