We wanted to take this time to point out one of our “rock star” admins, Cathy Mata. Cathy is our receptionist but does so much more than answer phones! She organizes and sets up weekly sales meetings, organizes office lunch and learns, makes sure the copy room is always neat and tidy and stocked with office supplies and is just our go-to gal for nearly anything and everything! No matter how stressful or overwhelmed a situation may be, you wouldn’t know it from Cathy because she does everything with a smile on her face and a great attitude!
Thank you Cathy for all that you do – Windermere sure is lucky to have you!
On closing day, most homebuyers are excited about the prospect of moving into their new home. However, one important final step must be accomplished before settlement: a walk-through. While plenty of buyers breeze through each room eager to unpack their boxes, real-estate experts suggest homebuyers are better served by a slow and careful walk-through.
