Andrea Marquez

Owner Andrea Marquez, is excited to have opened Orange County’s first Windermere office, Windermere Preferred Living. It’s located in the heart of Brea and offers a truly unique and energetic environment for its clients and agents. The combined knowledge and talent of our agents and staff is the driving force behind our Brea office. We have created a positive and motivating work environment for our Windermere family of agents. Our strength will continue to be in providing our agents with the best tools and highest level of support they need to grow and foster their ever-changing business.

James Marquez

As Broker/Owner, James brings over 20 years of business ownership and management experience to Windermere Real Estate/Preferred Living. Christine Haynes

As  Windermere’s Sales Manager, Christine’s integrity and reputation mirror Windermere’s core values of Consistency, Commitment and Connection. By tapping into her experience and vast knowledge she is able to advise, counsel and lead our agents to a successful close. Christine is known for helping our agents any time day or night with answers to questions and help with negotiations. Curt Hempel

With a comprehensive background in Windermere’s online technology tools, Curt has been teaching agents on how to improve their business and increase their productivity. Whether its guidance in setting up a marketing plan, brochures or S.E.O. he is here to help our agents succeed. Carolyn Curdo
